Working from home (WFH) has been preliminarily shown in a 9 week New York State remote working experiment to be more productive than working from the office. Though if more employees are working from home, what does that do to traditional real estate, especially that which is office space? You can read the entire article HERE, but a summary suggests that while yes there will be an adjustment, overall satellite offices in suburban locations may account for the downtrend in traditional office space.
