Corine is a licensed real estate agent since September 2014, with a strong background in operations management from her role as Operations Manager for the rental departments at Nardi Realty and One Source Property Management Group beginning in August 2013. She has extensive experience in listings, sales and rental contracts, property management agreements, and managing residential transactions from start to finish. Corine has led teams of administrative staff and rental agents, ensuring efficient operations and consistent client service, while also providing transaction coordination support as needed—demonstrating her versatility, attention to detail, and commitment to seamless real estate processes.

Rob immigrated from Cuba with his family in 2004 and grew up in both Miami and Cape Coral, Florida. Since joining VRES in 2022, Rob has been an essential part of the team, handling MLS input and data entry with precision and care. A devoted family man and a dedicated professional, he takes pride in supporting the success of each listing through accuracy and attention to detail. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Rob values clear communication and is committed to providing exceptional service with integrity.
