  1. Core Service (Buying/Selling): $499 to be collected at closing.

  2. Premium Service (Buying/Selling): $999 to be collected at closing.

  3. Broker Compliance Package: $150 billed upon compliance approval.

  4. Offers/Sales Contract Package: $199 only billed if an offer is not accepted. If accepted, credited to a Contract to Close service package.

  5. Listing Service Package: $150 billed when property is active in MLS.

By signing I understand that I am ordering services that I will be billed for upon completion of work: Offer (2-3 days if unaccepted) New Pending (at closing) New Listing (once activated in MLS) Buyer Broker Agreement, Referral Agreement & Compliance (all once signed and completed).
